This consultation is exclusively designed for athletes and individuals who are ready to take their training to the next level through professional coaching. The required length of coaching varies depending on your current fitness level, lifestyle, and desired outcomes.
For instance, a well-trained athlete who averages at least 3 sessions per week and maintains a very healthy lifestyle (such as consuming homemade high-quality food, getting sufficient sleep, and staying well-hydrated) may only need 2 months of coaching to correct an exercise or to gain the necessary knowledge to adjust their training effectively.
Conversely, an individual who has not engaged in any form of exercise for an extended period and does not lead a healthy lifestyle will need significantly more time to observe results. In this case, a coaching period of 6 months or even a full year may be required to reach the goals you have in mind.
